This is an extra long pair of custom made pettipants made of 40 denier Nylon with 22 rows of lace. They are 28" long and come in all 22 colors. All petticoats are measured from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the trim. All petticoats come with a nylon waistband unless you specify cotton. Due to the hand made custom design for each individual item; it may take up to two weeks for delivery.
