Custom made 2 layer, 20 yards of 15 Denier Organdy petticoat has lace covering the waist yoke and lace on bottom tiers. Looks great with the matching Petticoat Tubetop. All petticoats are measured from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the trim. All petticoats come with a nylon waistband unless you specify cotton. Due to the hand made custom design for each individual item; it may take up to two weeks for delivery.
